Role: Glitterbox & Classic Events Project Manager

The Glitterbox Events Project Manager is a new position that is responsible for managing the entire events process for all Glitterbox branded events, working alongside the Head of Events as well as the wider Marketing and Events Teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of all our shows, seasons and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and project manage the entire events process from booking through to delivery. Including all administration, operations, promotions and logistics processes to completion
  • Ensure all events administration, finance and management systems are maintained
  • Identify, communicate and maintain timelines and promotion plans for each event.
  • Build and Manage P&Ls for club events and feed into P&Ls for seasonal projects and events.
  • Together with Head of Events, regularly review the various branded events production propositions ensuring the spec is signed off for each event and advanced as early as possible.
  • Provide leadership, motivation, direction and support to the Events team
  • Assist with the events logistics and delivery process where required.
  • Attend the events as host, artist liaison, stage or tour manager around the world where required.
  • Collate feedback after each event and produce event reports as required 

Preferable experience:

  • Minimum Two (2) years+ event management experience. Ibiza events experience desirable.

Role: Booking Agent

Defected’s events and artist agency, Colluded Talent, is looking for an experienced Artist Agent to join the team. The role takes on booking responsibility for a roster of artistes represented by the agency with an emphasis on a strategic approach to bookings and diary management, working with artists managers, record labels and other relevant partners to drive artist profile and maximise revenues from live activity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically procure, negotiate and deliver artist bookings for the roster of artists represented by the Agency
  • Manage relations with artists, artist managers, record labels and other relevant third parties
  • Maintain key relationships with a network of promoters, venues and other talent buyers
  • Assist the Head of Event and Events manager securing event and tour bookings, that cross over with DJ tours.
  • Maintain agency booking systems and deliver artist diary updates on a weekly basis 
  • Together with Head of Events, deliver brand and financial objectives for artists and agency
  • Delivery of monthly artist statements and management accounts information ensure and ensure payments from 3rd parties are received on time.
  • Provide regular business updates to management teams 
  • Participate in annual business planning and budgeting for the agency
  • Identify and attract new talent representation opportunities to the agency
  • Together with the Events Managers, plan, implements and manage the B2B marketing and promotion campaigns for the Agency and the roster of Artists, globally to increase profile, audiences, revenue and new business.
  • Oversee the delivery of all bookings logistics via the Events Coordinator and Events Assistant.
  • Regular attendance at key shows in support of artists, promoter relationships.

Preferable experience:

  • Two (2) years+ bookings experience
