Classic Music Company boss Luke Solomon reunites with disco cohort Amy Douglas and poetic talent Queen Rose on ‘Love Hope Happiness’. Started over two years ago with the intention of making a follow up to their first single as a trio, ‘Light You Up’, the track was put on the backburner as Luke soon found himself buried deep into production and writing on both Horse Meat Disco and Honey Dijon’s albums. “Fast forward to lockdown and the time felt appropriate, the song finally felt like it had a place, I’ve permanently tried to remain optimistic through some seriously testing times, and I want to portray that in the record.” Music can provide great relief in times of hardship and this sublime release does exactly that; a joyous, boogie-filled ride with an authentic disco funk feel, destined to uplift and enchant its listeners. “No matter how hard it gets, love and hope are the things we can try and hang onto and in turn it may eventually bring some joy and happiness in all our lives.”
