Dance music veteran Andrew Weatherall is to release his debut solo album.
Though the DJ and producer has a sprawling back catalogue of original material, recording under names including Two Lone Swordsmen and Sabres of Paradise, this will be his first foray under his own name.
A Pox On The Pioneers will be released on September 28, through his own Rotters Golf Club imprint.
The set takes in many of Weatherall's influences, from the standard rhythms of house and techno to soul, roots and rockabilly.
