London-based music journalist, DJ and festival obsessive Marcus Barnes is to release a guide book dedicated to the globe's best parties and festivals later this year.
Having travelled the world from one end to another, the author has been to many of the world’s greatest large-scale music events. His experiences span a huge amount of countries and include the likes of the USA, Norway, Australia, Indonesia and Germany. Each festival entry will feature a brief history, location, and music policy as well as details on budgets and other useful tips. The list will include a variety of events that range from Australia’s Rainbow Serpent, to Burning Man, China’s Intro all the way to Britain’s legendary Glastonbury festival.
