Circo Loco has announced an unusual shift in venue for its end-of-summer closing party.
Originally set to take place at an 'urban beach' in London, it will now happen at the Hop Farm site in Kent.
Rob Star of Circo Loco explains: “Unfortunately the people who we were hiring the beach from, never built the venue (it was supposed to be done for the Olympics). We then had to find an alternative outdoor site that was suitable and licensed.
“After an exhaustive search of several venues in and around London, we found the site at Hop Farm which we think is a great alternative. We're moving a beach to the rolling green fields of Hop Farm.
“The site will play host to three Circo Loco stages, all echoing hot DC10 vibes. Think beach, palm trees, golden sands, cocktails, the whole shebang.”
The line-up is a solid slice of Circo Loco favourites from their parties in Ibiza this year, while the site will be fitted out with a beach bar, sand, palm trees and a cocktail bar.
Set to turn a field in Kent from bucolic bliss into a balearic bonanza are Jamie Jones, Seth Troxler, Kerri Chandler, Art Department, Damian Lazarus, Tania Vulcano, the Martinez Brothers, Derrick Carter, Davide Squillace, Clive Henry, Andrew Grant and Sossa.
It happens on September 15 from 12pm to 10pm, with tickets at £35.
