Sven Vath’s label Cocoon Recordings will release its ninth ‘best bits’ compilation at the end of March.
Volume Neun (‘nine’), mixed like its predecessors by Frankfurt DJ Chris Tietjen, promises moody house build via Matt John and Minilogue before introducing recent cuts by Adam Port and Nick Curly and, in turn, full-on techno workouts from the likes of Pele & Shawnecy, Sante & Frank Lorber and Andre Galluzzi & Ricardo Ferri. wAFF and Mauro Picotto & Riccardo Ferri provide further material. All 12 tracks have been released in the past 12 months.
Neun is released by Cocoon Recordings on March 31 as both download and CD.
