Swiss house and techno meister Deetron – real name Sam Geiser – has been confirmed as frontman for Balance 20.
The 20th instalment of Balance Music’s legendary mix compilation series offers two discs – one mixed digitally with support from Cubase and Wavelab; the second with vinyl over three turntables. There are over 50 tracks, covering most shades of the dance spectrum courtesy of Julio Bashmore, Todd Terje, Maceo Plex, Ame (remxing Osunlade), Ripperton and Four Tet, to name but a few. Classic numbers by Autechre (Nine), Romanthony (Bring U Up) and Model 500 (Infoworld (Loop) ) also feature.
Deetron provides his own previously unreleased contribution Croque; the album is released November 4.
