The 2014 edition sees Defected In The House host a huge arena at GlobalGathering on Friday 25 July as part of the Defected15 Club Tour, with a line-up deserving of such a preeminent spot at the world-renowned festival
MK, Cajmere, Guti (Live), Noir, Oliver $, Shadow Child, Sam Divine, Simon Dunmore and GotSome are all confirmed to play: an extraordinary line-up for what will surely prove to be one of the summer's highlights.

Global Gathering started its life in 2001 as a one day festival, and had already gained a great reputation by its fourth year when it added the second day to make the festival a weekend long affair. The likes of Underworld, Daft Punk and Tiësto headlined the main stage in Global’s earlier years whilst techno maestro Carl Cox started to host his own ‘Global Arena’ from the third onset. As the festival progressed and became bigger, amounting to hold over 50,000 people reaching the end of the first decade, the music bill became more diverse, inviting huge artists such as Kanye West, Mark Ronson and Pendulum to perform live on the main stage.
Despite booking these more mainstream acts, dance music – and house in particular – remains the main draw for the tens of thousands of people who religiously attend the festival, and in that particular area Defected In The House is the clear leader in terms of the calibre of artists it brings to the party.
Back in May, Defected In The House hosted an arena at We Are FSTVL for the second consecutive year. From 9am until midnight the Defected tent was rocking, with quality house music the order of the day and an electric atmosphere for the duration, so if you missed out earlier in the year now’s the time to experience Defected’s festival vibes for yourself.
Over the years GlobalGathering in the UK has created an abundance of highlights in the dance music calendar, and 2014's event looks set to add its own incredible moments to that list. Make sure you're a part of it.
