On Friday 21st October, Frankie Knuckles, Kevin Saunderson feat. Inner City and MK plus plenty more Defected regulars performed at AIR for our incredible ADE event. This is a little video taster of how the most talked about party of the conference went down, focussing on the performance of Kevin Saunderson feat. Inner City's phenomenal new track 'Future'.
Inner City – comprising Saunderson, Paris Grey and Ann Saunderson – are considered one of the most influential dance acts of all time responsible for some of the best-loved house records of the last 20 years; ‘Big Fun’, ‘Good Life’ and ‘Pennies from Heaven’ represent the very pinnacle of all that is good about the scene for clubbers around the globe.
2011 marks something of a renaissance for the group as they end the year by releasing their first original track for close to a decade. Due out on Defected Records on December 7th, ‘Future’ comes with remixes from Kenny Larkin, Orlando Voorn and Kevin Saunderson & Kweku and signifies the return of a group wth major plans for 2012 and beyond.
