This Saturday Defected In The House takes centre stage in Ibiza for two unmissable closing parties at Ushuaia and Pacha.
After four months of sell-out parties and thousands of happy clubbers through the doors of both Pacha and Ushuaia, we’ve arguably saved the best until last, with a line-up that has a little something for every house head out there.
Spinning at both venues, the inimitable Bob Sinclar will be dropping his unique blend of classic house and party anthems, while bringing the deeper, techier sounds will be Junior Jack & Kid Crème, backed up as ever by the hype machine that is MC Shurakano.
Providing support for these titans of the beat will be Sam Divine, who has been resident at Ushuaia all season. Proving that she is more than capable of handling this epic task, she has adapted her sound effortlessly each week dependent on the DJs billed alongside her, establishing herself as one of the most inventive and versatile warm-up DJs on the island.
"This summer has been in one word…unreal! she says of her residency. "I’ve been flying out to Ibiza every weekend and every Sunday I land back in the UK and think there’s no way next week will be better…every week I prove myself wrong. I’ve had the chance to experiment with my sound, and it’s been a welcome change to be able to play deep house and poolside vibes early doors and then playing tougher for the closing set. I really don’t want the summer to finish but all good things must come to an end, roll on the closing parties and Ibiza 2012!"

In addition, there will also be sets from Ridney (Pacha only) and label boss Simon Dunmore, and to round the season off in the finest style possible, there will also be a very special live PA from Shingai, who will be performing last year’s Ibiza uber-anthem ‘Hey Hey’.
With the party at Ushuaia kicking off at 5pm and the Pacha party getting into its stride from midnight, there’s nothing else you need for the perfect day of partying.
