Dear London family,
We are reaching out today to give you an update on our Defected London event at The Drumsheds, which was scheduled to go ahead 24-25th July.
During this time we have tried to be as transparent as possible with you, and following the recent Government announcement we have been working non-stop on ways in which we can proceed to deliver our first dance back together. As Defected London sits outside of this delay we would have loved to have been in a position to proceed, but there has still been no safety guidance from the Government on what the terms and conditions of entry will need to be in order for shows such as ours to go ahead on the current date.
The delay in releasing this information makes it impossible for us to plan ahead and make decisions that are needed now, therefore we have made the extremely difficult decision to postpone Defected London to the 25-26th September 2021.
The safety of our community has always been our top priority during this time, and while our reunion on the dancefloor may have been delayed, we are certain that this first dance back with our London family is going to be very special. We cannot wait to share more details with you for the event, including the line-up which will drop next Thursday and is something we’re really proud of.
As a ticket holder for Defected London we hope that you can still join us on the new date, your existing ticket will remain valid and will be automatically transferred over to the new date. However, if you’re not able to attend the new date and would like a refund of the face value of your tickets please apply HERE by 9th July 2021. All refunds will be processed by 16th July.
By allowing time to implement the upcoming guidelines as effectively as possible for you, we are confident that Defected London will go ahead on the new dates in the safest way possible.
