Flowers and Sea Creatures are poised to release their debut album.
The Montreal-based producers, Belfast-born Graham Baxter and Athens-born Kosta Megalos, will drop their self-titled set through Ben Watt's Buzzin' Fly stable.
Described as having a 'deeply atmospheric and cinematic sound', it also features a handful of guest co-producers.
Among them are Berlin-based Ewan Pearson, former Montreal resident Fred Everything and The Revenge.
“I wanted tracks to be built from the bottom up with sympathetic minds at work, capturing both the spontaneity of a duo in its infancy, and the guiding hand of experience,” said Watt. “Ewan, Fred and The Revenge responded immediately. Graham and Kosta were inspired. It was really productive. I just stood back and let it happen.”
It's released on September 26.
