Eclectic DJ-producers Four Tet (AKA Kieran Hebden) and Seth Troxler will play the 2014 incarnation of Gilles Peterson’s cult Worldwide Festival.
Back in Sete, southern France, its picturesque coastal home for the past eight years, Worldwide promises another dizzying sweep of soulfully-induced dance music this summer – everything from deep house and experimental techno through to broken beat, funk, jazz and soul. Four Tet and Visionquest-er Troxler are to be joined by Theo Parrish, Andrew Ashong and revered genre fusionist Floating Points; not to mention beat-smiths Johnwaynes and Shigeto, Berlin’s Morphosis, bass-y Paul Woolford alias Special Request and deep dance spiritualist Osunlade.
Worldwide runs 30 June to 6 July; further line-up announcements are expected. Updates at www.worldwidefestival.com
