Another wave of festivals has announced preliminary line-ups for late spring and the summer.

Detroit’s revered Movement Electronic Music Festival runs May 29-31, with weekend tickets only $40. Headline performers include A-Trak, Claude VonStroke, Derrick Carter, DJ Sneak, Magda, Martin Buttrich, Mr Scruff and the Martinez Brothers. London’s fast-growing Field Day bash returns to Victoria Park on July 31 this year; organisers have literally just confirmed appearances from Simian Mobile Disco, Carte Blanche (DJ Mehdi and Riton,) Hudson Mohawke and Lightspeed Champion. Visit www.fielddayfestivals.com
 
In its 7th year now, underground electronica gathering Glade (July 15-18, Winchester’s Matterley Bowl, England) welcomes the likes of  Orbital, Tricky, Jeff Mills and Green Velvet. www.gladefestival.com

Finally, Belgium’s ‘alternative’ Dour Festival (Dour is a small village south of Brussels) features DJ Zinc, DJ Hype, Black Sun Empire, A-Trak, Dave Clarke, Carl Craig, De La Soul, Calvin Harris and Buraka Som Sistema across six hefty ‘n’ varied stages. www.dourfestival.be
