The concept has been designed to fill a gap in the fitness music market – targeting discerning fitness enthusiasts that want to listen to quality, credible dance music while they work out - rather than the overtly commercial products on offer.
'Workout 2' – the second in the series - features two 60 minute mixes, one for conditioning exercises mixed at a steady 128BPM and the cardio mix, featuring pumping sounds put together at 138BMP.
The mixes span an upfront collection of deep house music from Franky Rizardo, Nice7, Larse and Reboot to name a few. As with all mixes in the series, 'Workout 2' is tailor-made for working out and designed in consultation with professional Gymbox trainers.
