Chris Liebing will headline the 2012 I Love Techno festival in Ghent, Belgium on November 10.
The huge European party, once again at the cavernous Flanders Expo Centre, promises its usual celebration of purist tech and techno-influenced dance. Techno heavyweights Liebing and Dave Clarke are joined by Berlin’s Modeselektor, Gallic electro-groover Vitalic and the super eclectic Flying Lotus, not to mention A-Trak, Erol Alkan and former Aeroplane man Stephen Fasano, performing as The Magician.
DJ Alkan has also compiled this year’s official festival mix compilation due out on the Lektroluv label in October (date TBA); tracks are included from Si Begg, Duke Dumont and Daniel Avery. Organisers of I Love Techno 2012 will announce more festival names in due course.
