Philly don King Britt is releasing a new album this Spring.

Intricate Beauty will be released through the Nervous label on April 20, and according to its maker will be his last 'dance record'.

Seemingly the Ovum co-owner and former Digable Planet is planning on making only experimental electronica from now on, and is making a move towards it with Intricate Beauty too.

The album is made of up thousands of 'micro-sounds' from other recordings, all fused together using Ableton Live.

The album features vocals from the likes of Kim English, Astrid Suryanto, Lady Alma and Byron Stingily.
