Luke Solomon, Stuart Patterson and friends of Kenny Hawkes have set up a fundraising page in memory of the late DJ.

Brighton-born Hawkes was one of the founders – along with Classic boss Solomon – of midweek house night Space, which brought many legendary names in house to the city.

Last summer, Solomon along with a number of Kenny’s friends held a fund-raising event at London’s East Village in memory of the influential DJ.

Said Solomon of fundraising effort: “Just over one year ago, a dear friend passed away. In honour of the man and his name, we would like to continue to remember him and reward others at the same time by asking you to donate to a charity that will help others that go through the same plight as Kenny, alongside his family and friends did such a short time ago.”

All those who donate to the cause will be given download link to the sets from the East Village night.
