Rapidly rising south London DJ-producer Kiwi (real name Alex Warren) will be dropping into the Rinse FM studios this weekend for an exclusive, one-off guest-mix show.

Scheduled for live broadcast 14 June (midnight to 2am) Kiwi’s ‘Rumours’ showcase promises a trademark fusion of house, techno and funk, as well as a number of special guests.  The artist, whose fans include DJ Harvey, Daniel Avery and Skream, has built considerable creative profile in recent months.  His sharp remixes of Klaxons and Wankelmut, and productions including Dawn and Guanako Haka (all of it across taste-making labels such as Needwant, Sneaky and Kitsune) have complimented roof-raising gigs around the world (stops including Hong Kong, Ibiza and Croatia) and, in turn, led to his signing this year with Duke Dumont’s Blasé Boys Club stable – home to stellar Duke releases Need U (100%) and I Got U.

You can catch Kiwi’s Rinse show this weekend on 106.8FM, or via Rinse’s online player http://rinse.fm/player/
