Electronic future-thinkers Kraftwerk will follow their recently announced set of ‘autobiographical’ concerts in Dusseldorf next January with a swathe of like-minded performances in London, at Tate Modern, in February.
Kraftwerk’s London Der Katalog – 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 – concerts not only follow those immediately before in Germany but a number of shows at New York’s Museum Of Modern Art (MoMA) earlier this year. The series of eight shows – February 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13 and 14 - will, once again, focus on one of the band’s albums – Autobahn, Radio Activity, Trans Europe Express, The Man Machine, Computer World, Techno Pop (Electric Cafe), The Mix and Tour De France; working through them in chronological order.
The shows will be accompanied by other non-album material from their back catalogue, as well as hi-tech 3D visuals and lighting. More via http://kraftwerk.tickets.de
