Cadenza head honcho Luciano is about to release a digital mix aligned to his free-spirited club brand Vagabundos.
Vagabundos began life as part of Luciano’s Pacha Ibiza residency during 2010 – translating as ‘homeless’, it promptly became one of the highlights of that White Isle year. The party returned last summer, Luciano leading in a range of special guest DJs such as Michel Cleis, Reboot and Carl Craig; it also spread its wings internationally, taking in everywhere from Brazil to Japan.
Luciano’s complex new digital mix, also dubbed Vagabundos, will be released via his Cadenza download sub-label Cadenza Lab on January 30; it features up to four tracks in the mix at any one time, contributors including Pepe Bradock, James Blake, Sascha Dive, Dyed Soundorom, Jamie Woon, Motor City Drum Ensemble and Peter Horrevortst; not to mention close Cadenza confidantes Cesar Merveille and Guti.
