Café Mambo has again joined forces with the Ibiza Red Cross to stage another Mambo In The Mix charity event at the legendary sunset destination.
On Thursday 19th September 2013 A-list Djs will be swapping the decks for aprons as they man the bar rather than the booth, serving drinks and food while members of the public are invited to play records.
In 2012 the event raised a monumental 31,000 Euros, with aspiring jocks receiving coaching from the DJs present in exchange for a charitable donation. Last year’s stellar line-up included Armin Van Buuren, Carl Cox, Eric Prydz, Judge Jules, Roger Sanchez, Hernan Cattaneo, Nervo, Jamie Jones, Seth Troxler, Cassius, M.A.N.D.Y, Funkagenda, Woody Van Eyden, and Mark Fanciulli and this year’s line-up promises to be equally impressive.
Part of the fund-raising drive on the day will be a special raffle with prizes donated by artists, labels, clubs and more, with tickets available to buy on the island. This year, Defected will be donating a Golden Ticket to the raffle which will entitle the winner to:
· VIP entry and table for 2 for Defected In The House at Ministry of Sound, 2nd November
· Meet and greet with the DJs performing
· Overnight stay in a London hotel

As well as the raffle, there will also be the chance to get your hands on some Defected merchandise and other goodies via an arcade-style basketball game.
