On Sunday 10 August, Defected presents a very special Boiler Room appearance from the inimitable Masters At Work.
For more than two decades, Louie Vega and Kenny Dope have shepherded dance music down new paths with their inventive production style and imaginative feel for different musical forms. The two native New Yorkers have amassed an overwhelming body of work in that time, one that includes hundreds of original productions, remixes and side projects, redefining the way we think of music in clubs.
Taking place at Soho's Basement - underneath the Edition Hotel in London's Soho - Masters At Work will play an extended three hour set from 20.00 BST at what will undoubtedly be a once-in-a-lifetime party.
The Boiler Room appearance follows their headline slots at Ministry of Sound on Saturday 9 August, and precedes their Booom Ibiza show on Tuesday 12 August as well as the release of House Masters Masters At Work, a definitive 4CD anthology of their original tracks and remixes forthcoming on Defected Records.
