The Black Devil Disco Club, dancefloor codename for veteran (and hugely celebrated) French disco producer Bernard Fevre, is about to release a brand new long-player on UK imprint Lo Recordings.

Circus will feature 10 new songs, all with guest singers. The list of collaborators is impressive, ranging from internationally-famed acts such as Nancy Sinatra, Jon ‘Blues Explosion’ Spencer and Afrika Bambaataa to Lo label-mate Michael Lovett and electro-darling Nancy Fortune.

Fevre released his debut album Disco Club back in 1978, a pioneering slice of deep, electronic disco given cult classic status in 2004 when several excerpts from it were re-issued on Rephlex. Fevre fever has been building ever since.

Circus is released on April 11.
