Major UK city Birmingham welcomes the opening of a new 1,000-capacity nightclub next month via local underground promoter TRMNL.

LAB11, based in Digbeth, offers two main rooms and a terrace space, as well as bespoke lighting and LED installations similar to those used in Berlin hotspot Watergate. The focus will be very much on TRMNL’s core house and techno disciplines.

LAB11’s launch event, on March 31, features Radio Slave and Mark Henning; further parties boast Carl Craig (April 7), Sebo K (April 14), Audiofly (May 12) and Onur Ozer and Ali Nasser (May 19). A Bank Holiday ‘Special’ is planned for May 5; LAB 11 also enjoys a private launch bash on March 30.
