Every once in a while a track comes around which reaches the dizzy heights without any radio playtime, a true underground anthem. Infectious vocals and deep groovy bassline were a common factor in a lot of big underground hits when deep house started to get picked up by a younger audience, but none as impactful as Solomun’s Vox Mix of Noir & Haze 'Around', with a whopping 58 million views. The catchy track was dubbed remix of the year by Resident Advisor and saw the rise of Solomun as he was named Mixmag's 'DJ of The Year' 2012. 'Around' caught the imagination of ravers all over the world and is still doing the damage to this day, with our recently found white label copies of the record selling out in minutes on the DStore. The ultimate modern-day underground anthem. We took a look back on some other big underground hits.
