Underground Motor City head Theo Parrish will release a new compilation next week.
Detroit’s revered house DJ-producer releases Sound Signature Sounds Volume 2 with a focus on his back catalogue over the past decade or so. Tracks – there are nine in total - have been taken from his cult boutique label Sound Signature, excluding Rain For Jimmy (first released in 1997) and unreleased goodie Didn’t Pay Dues.
Volume 1 launched back in 2000 but was more recently reissued in 2008. Volume 2, a limited edition CD, arrives April 20.
