Founder of chic Gallic-house label Robsoul is set to release a six-instalment Best Of Robsoul compilation series this summer.
Each part will focus on a particular artist who has recorded with the label – namely DJ Sneak, DJ W!ld, Chris Carrier, Joss Moog, Fries & Bridges and, naturally, Weeks. Listeners can expect a wide range of soulful, sample-heavy and uplifting house grooves; all underpinned by, in Weeks’ words himself, “dope beats.”
The six releases, by Robsoul, are staggered thus: Carrier, August 10; Sneak, August 17; Weeks, August 24; Moog, August 31; W!ld, September 7: and Fries & Bridges, September 14.
