The inimitable Playground Weekender festival has just confirmed a slew of top international club performers for next year’s exciting instalment.
The four-day ‘boutique’ festival, now in its 5th year, returns to the Del Rio Riverside Resort, near Sydney in Australia, on February 17-21. 10,000 revellers can expect the usual mix of alternative rock and cutting edge house, techno, dubstep and electro.
To that effect, next year’s line-up will include Dixon and Ame (a rare Aussie performance,) the ever deep Ewan Pearson and Chicago jack-legend Derrick Carter. Elsewhere, Four Tet, Clive Henry, Damian Lazarus, Heidi, Lamb, Roy Ayers, Tom Middleton and hip-hop royalty De La Soul perform.
