Fresh from their long-overdue recognition as House Masters, Chocolate Puma are bringing back their own label Pssst Music in the form of a collaboration with fellow Dutch production outfit Firebeatz.

Pssst Music was founded in 1995 by Rene and Gaston aka Chocolate Puma as an outlet for their growing arsenal of beat-based weaponry. On it, they released tracks under their wide range of names including of course Chocolate Puma and acclaimed Jark Prongo moniker, but also under less well-known aliases Tomba Vira, Mpari and Basco, making it almost an exclusive outlet for their various guises.

The label has been dormant since 2007, but not returns with a bang – quite literally – in the form of Chocolate Puma & Firebeatz ‘Go Bang!’

Relative newcomers to the scene, Firebeatz made an almost instant impact in their native Holland with their reputation as producers of note fast spreading across Europe and the rest of the world, with their infectious bass hooks, insanely catchy vocals and compulsive beats quickly catching the attention of DJs such as Fedde Le Grand, Roger Sanchez, Funkerman and, of course, Chocolate Puma themselves.

And as a way of introducing themselves to anyone who might be unfamiliar with their particular talents, Firebeatz have provided an exclusive Pssst DJ mix which you can check out right here.
