“When I heard that Defected had signed the rights to release ‘Groovejet’ I immediately asked them if I could get involved on a remix as this is one of my all-time favourite disco house tracks. I had a vision to bring a more live organic funk feel to this rework, so I brought in my long time collaborator and great friend Lorenz Rhode who is a world class musician to produce it with me.
