Talented German DJ-producer Reboot – AKA Frank Heinrich – will release his sophomore artist album early in 2014.
Deep V is expected to deliver more of Heinrich’s trademark intense ‘polyrhythmic architecture’ and fully-formed house groove, bolstered by field recordings taken all over the world – listeners can expect everything from deep afro-futurist skank to moody, bleep-y dive. The record is supposedly a tribute to Heinrich’s late younger brother who formerly used the Deep V alias.
Deep V will be released through Sascha Dive and Christian Scholzel’s Deep Vibes Recordings imprint on February 3, 2014, following previous Reboot releases on labels such as Moon Harbour, Cocoon, Sei Es Drum and Defected (the latter re-releasing major Reboot anthem Enjoy Music in 2010 – the track originally released on Italy’s D:vision label).
