Damon Albarn is set to appear on the new Massive Attack album, along with a host of other top-notch collaborators.
Tunde Adebimpe from TV On The Radio is signed up too, along with Hope Sandoval from legendary shoe-gazers Mazzy Star, and Bristol stalwart Martina Topley Bird, who is singing on a track written by Elbow's Guy Garvey.
Of the hook-up, Garvey said: 'It’s a bit of a dream come true to have Martina singing my words on a Massive Attack song.'
The album, which so far remains unnamed, is due out in 2010.
The Bristolians will be touring in September too.
