The organisers behind Southport’s mighty bi-annual Soul Weekender are heading to Croatian shores this summer with a bumper new festival jam-packed with quality performers.
SUNceBEAT, set within the idyllic surrounds of The Garden Petrcane, near Zadar, will run August 13-15, and feature two large outdoor stages, a variety of champagne and cocktail bars, sun-lounging zones and twice-daily excursions on a specially kitted out 150-year-old clipper, the Argonaughty.
Acts, a typical Southport mix of live and DJ, already include Dennis Ferrer, Theo Parrish, Ron Trent, Kerri Chandler, Ame, Jazzanova, Joey Negro, Jazzie B, The Martinez Brothers and, impressively, Larry ‘Mr Fingers’ Heard.
