Singer, songwriter and recent S.Chu collaborator Terri Walker will be performing a live PA at the sold-out Defected In The House party at Ministry of Sound on Saturday 8th February.

Walker is a celebrated artist, with previous collaborations alongside 187 Lockdown, TNT and Shanks & Bigfoot, not to mention Mos Def, Lisa Stansfield and Buzzin’ Fly’s Ben Watt, three studio albums under her belt and a fourth on the way later this year.

In 2013, Walker released a classic soul album with US singer Nicole Wray as Lady, worked with soulful house purists The Layabouts (track Here With You) and re-launched the Defected-aligned Soul Heaven label in some style via Donae’O-produced single He Loves Me.

On Saturday night she will be performing her latest single ‘Closure’ during Simon Dunmore’s opening set in The Box.

Said Walker of her upcoming performance: "I’m really excited to debut ‘Closure’ at the legendary Ministry of Sound alongsides the equally legendary Simon Dunmore! I’ve performed at the club before but this feels like it will be the first time as there is so much buzz surrounding it.. I can't wait!!"

Joining Walker and Dunmore are Kenny Dope, Flashmob, Mark Fanciulli, GotSome, Sam Divine and Greg Sawyer. Advance tickets have now sold out, but there will be an allocation on the door for those who arrive early - click for full details.
