Croatian house, disco and bass fest, The Garden Festival, has already confirmed dates for 2013 and highlighted a brand new event just days after this year’s hugely successful shindig.
The 2012 event ran July 4-11 in new space The Garden Tisno (on Croatian island Murter) with talent including Kenny ‘Dope’ Gonzalez, Nicolas Jaar and Dyed Soundorom. Next year’s programme will run at the same location July 3-10; a number of DJ bookings have already been made it is reported.
Nick Colgan, one of the festival’s founders, has also confirmed a new festival project in the Philippines called The Tropical Garden. “It’s a very exciting development” he comments, “and more news is coming soon.” A further update is expected later this summer.
