Traxsource – one of the original pioneers of the music store – has re-launched its website this week.
Recognized as one of the leaders in the field, the new site is a significant upgrade and bit step forward for the online music store. Says co-founder Brian Tappert of the new site “After nearly 2 years of development we can finally say [that] Traxsource looks and functions as great as the music we feature” with Mark Pomeroy – co-founder and head of technical development – adding that “today’s browsers have evolved to a point that’s allowed us to achieve more of what today’s DJs are looking for.”
New functionality includes an integrated waveform player, tab navigation and a filter panel for browsing music. There is also the addition of a ‘My Traxsource’ section, which provides the ability to ‘follow’ artists and labels allowing users to dig deeply into the vast catalogue of music Traxsource provides.
