Super deep ‘n’ melodic house producer Trentemøller will embark on an all encompassing European tour this autumn.
Promoting his second studio album, Into The Great Wide Yonder, the tour kicks off on Danish home turf at Copenhagen’s Vega Club (September 30 to October 2.) Further dates are lined up in Berlin (Oct 8,) Hamburg (Oct 9,) Cologne (Oct 10,) Munich (Oct 11,) Vienna (Oct 12,) Rome (Oct 14,) Milan (Oct 15,) Lausanne (Oct 16,) Paris (Oct 18,) Barcelona (Oct 19,) Madrid (Oct 20,) Dublin (Oct 23,) Brussels (Oct 26,) Amsterdam (Oct 27,) and Utrecht (Oct 28.)
There are also two key stops in the UK – London’s Roundhouse on October 24 and the Manchester Academy, October 25.
Trentemøller’s latest album represents something of a departure from the slick and polished studio sound with which he made his club name. In his own words, Into The Great Wide Yonder is “organic and analogue” – mixing traditional instrumentation such as the mandolin with special guests including Guillemots frontman Fyfe Dangerfield.
