Daft Punk’s massively successful soundtrack for blockbuster movie Tron Legacy has been re-booted, courtesy of several big new remixes, for release early next month.
Tron: Legacy Reconfigured will include comprehensive remixes of key soundtrack moments by the likes of The Crystal Method (The Grid), Paul Oakenfold (C.L.U), Kaskade (Rinzler), Photek (End Of Line), Sander Kleinenberg (Tron Legacy – End Titles) and Moby (The Son Of Flynn). There is also a role for rising Swedish house star Avicii, who remixes one of the original soundtrack’s most Daft Punk-sounding passages, Derezzed.
Walt Disney Records releases the new remix album April 5.
