Calvin Harris has kicked off on Twitter, claiming that R&B singer Chris Brown has ripped off his track 'I'm Not Alone'.

The Scots dance producer, never one shy with his opinions, let loose after 'nearly choking on his Cornflakes' on hearing new Brown track 'Yeah 3x'.

“Stealing is still stealing, doesn't matter who you are," he said. "[Just] because Chris Brown is an international celebrity doesn't make it OK to rip off a guy from UK not many people have heard of.”

But he soon received the ire of Brown fans, who flooded his account with abuse.

“Can all these Chris Brown stans (obsessive fans) stop it now please?” he later tweeted. “Literally getting threatened by 14 year old girls... Racist, xenophobic + misguided. I'm sure Chris is very proud.”

Harris has said he doesn't plan to take the matter further, but is calling for people to 'make up their own minds up'.

And you can do that right here...
