Underworld have unveiled details of their new album, Barking.

Karl Hyde and Rick Smith have for their eighth full-length album decided to collaborate with various other electronic artists.

Among them are Mark Knight and D. Ramirez, who have assisted on Always Loved A Film and Between Stars, Dubfire, who appears on album opener Bird 1 and Grace, and drum & bass producer High Contrast, who features on Scribble and Moon In Water. Also involved are Paul van Dyk and dubstep types Appleblim and Al Tourettes.

The set will drop through Cooking Vinyl on September 13.

In other news, former Underworld member Darren Emerson has launched a new label called Detone, with the first release being Gracelands from Emerson himself on June 28.
