This Friday 12th July rising British stars No Artificial Colours are joined by local Italian superstars NiCe7 and Supernova on the latter’s home turf to kick start the Defected In The House weekly residency at Villa Delle Rose this summer.

First opening its doors back in 1982 Villa Delle Rose is situated in a stunning location in Riccione, northern Italy, and is the sister-venue to the already well-established and respected Peter Pan club. Previously playing host to who’s-who of A-list DJs including David Morales, Little Louie Vega, MK, Flashmob, Quentin Harris, Art Department, Solomun, Dennis Ferrer Tony Humphries, Hector Romero and many more, this impressive list is set to further grow in stature as Defected brings the finest DJ talents over the course of our summer residency.

No Artificial Colours are Lewis Wright and Ryan Ellis, two of South East London’s most promising deep house producers. Upon dropping their first EP in 2011 they have exploded onto the scene with appearances at most of the UKs biggest club venues as well as making appearances across the rest of Europe. They have recently been named by Pete Tong as his ‘Future Stars’ and have excited listeners with breathtaking productions including the tunes ‘Crying Wolf’ and a remix of Az & Tor’s ‘Sit Back’.

Nicola Daniele and Cesare Marocco AKA NiCe7 have also been cooking up a storm of late, repeatedly topping the Beatport charts and even managing to win the Beatport Music Awards for Best House Track 2012 with the mammoth ‘Point’. They have released on some of the world’s most respected house music labels including Toolroom, Great Stuff and Noir Music and have also been praised for their recent remixes such as Jon Cutler ‘It’s Yours’ and AFFKT ft. Sutja Gutierrez ‘Soul’.

Known widely for both for their unique productions and distinctive DJ style fellow Italian-duo Supernova are a force to be reckoned with ever since they released their debut album ‘Downtown Underground’ on Sony BMG in 1997. They have played a key role in providing Defected with quality releases including the remixes of seminal records ‘Can You Feel It’ and ‘Strings Of Life’ and were also involved in mixing the Miami compilation series this year joined by Italian countrymen Flashmob and Pirupa.

The residencies parties will continue through Rimini’s warm nights until late August and will include the likes of MK, Noir, Sandy Rivera, Franky Rizardo, Derrick Carter, Yousef, Dimitri From Paris, Copyright, Flashmob, and Sonny Fodera.
