ROBERTO SURACE – JOYS (PURPLE DISCO MACHINE REMIX) [DEFECTED] - released 20th Sept, pre-order here

Unless you've been living under a rock since June, no doubt this record will have been the soundtrack to your summer. Hands down the track of the year so far, Roberto Surace's Defected debut soared to Beatport AND Traxsource #1, while maintaining the top spot on the Ibiza Shazam chart for weeks. Now, after teasing his mix to eager crowds at Defected Croatia and his many festival gigs over the summer, Purple Disco Machine gives a masterclass in transformative remixing, lending his disco-tinged sound to ‘Joys’. Moving away from the grittier original, the rubbery bassline and melodic keys of Purple Disco Machine’s remix have universal dancefloor appeal. He's only gone and done it again!

SEAMUS HAJI - BOOGIE 2NITE [GLITTERBOX] released 20th Sept, pre-order here

Capturing the unmistakable energy of a Saturday night, ‘Boogie 2nite’ gets a new version for 2019 from Seamus Haji, an artist who played a key role in the significance of the original record. After soaring to the top of the UK charts with his remix of the Booty Luv version, Seamus’ latest disco update of ‘Boogie 2nite’ has retained the timeless energy of the track while reviving it for Glitterbox dancefloors and beyond. The release also features our favourite Australian disco legend Dr Packer’s groove-laden remix - what's not to love!

ENDOR – PUMP IT UP [DEFECTED] - released 13th Sept, pre-order here

Turning a fair few heads before it was picked up by Defected, the likes of FISHER, Chris Lake, MistaJam and Sam Divine have all been playing 'Pump It Up'. Proudly making his debut on Defected, Endor's electrifying bassline and adrenaline-charged is set to heat up dancefloors from Ibiza to Brooklyn. For those that are in-the-know, Endor tracks are surefire club dynamite - watch this space.

JKRIV FEATURING ADELINE – YO LOVE [DEFECTED]

Producer, label boss, DJ, multi-instrumentalist and songwriter JKriv, aka Jason Kriveloff, is a true innovator and tastemaker of the dance music world. Delivering exquisite musicality to everything he touches, his Glitterbox debut ‘Yo Love’ is no exception. Jason’s former Escort bandmate Adeline provides indelible vocals harmonising the lovestruck lyrics. With its unfaltering groove and all the elements of a classic disco track, 'Yo Love' is a soulful dose of disco goodness.

THE VISION FEATURING ANDREYA TRIANA – HEAVEN (REMIXES)

With support from The Black Madonna, Danny Krivit, Annie Mac and Jamie Cullum plus many more on their blissful debut ‘Heaven’, The Vision return with remixes from Mousse T. and Nightmares on Wax. The blissful original, a funk-laden track with vocals by Andreya Triana, pairs her soulful tones with lush instrumentation to provide a sublime introduction. Mousse T. lends his signature disco-infused style to his Disco Shizzle Remix, producing an atmospheric club cut. Nightmares On Wax delivers his smooth, jazz-laced remix full of funk-flavoured grooves, demonstrating his innate musicality. The perfect update to one of the most brilliant debuts of the year.

DARIUS SYROSSIAN – COME ON COME ON [DEFECTED]

After teaming up with Jamie Jones to release ‘Rushing’ earlier this summer, Darius Syrossian returns to Defected with ‘Come On Come On’. He flexes his musical muscles by exploring a range of influences throughout, engineering the same soulful vocal sample to provide two genre-defying cuts. Opening with ‘Kouka’, a track that rumbles through tension building drops while the vocal intrigue. This is followed by the title track, where Darius delivers a dose of upbeat driving house, delivering serious end-of-summer vibes. Exploring a number of avenues of sound with the same sample, ‘Come On Come On’ shows Darius’ breadth of musical knowledge, with a release that will definitely keep a crowd on their toes.

ELI BROWN – CHANGE THE SITUATION [DFTD]

One of the most prolific producers on the scene right now, Eli Brown has made 2019 his landmark year. Releasing heavy hitters on labels such as Lee Foss’ Repopulate Mars, Adam Beyer’s Truesoul and Solardo’s Solä, the Bristolian producer has made his name synonymous with a killer bassline and been behind a number of this year’s biggest club tracks. With a production style that fits seamlessly with DFTD’s catalogue of fresh, dancefloor-focussed cuts, his two-track label debut is set out to get pulses racing. Progressive breakdowns, thick descending basslines and slick production generate infectious club appeal on both tracks.

AMIRA - MY DESIRE (SAM DIVINE REMIX) [SLIP N SLIDE]

Currently doing the business in the charts and deservedly so, Sam Divine has stepped up to transform this early noughties track into an explosive main room pumper, delivering adrenaline fuelled drops, punchy breaks and a seriously addictive bassline. Amira’s ‘My Desire’ was a genre defining record for the two-step garage scene and we're proud to present Sam's fresh take on it. The queen of the dancefloor strikes again.

HORSE MEAT DISCO FEATURING KATHY SLEDGE – FALLING DEEP IN LOVE [GLITTERBOX]

Currently playing on Radio 1, Radio 2 and 6 Music, this is the first of two new singles from Horse Meat Disco and Kathy Sledge, co-produced by Classic Music Company boss Luke Solomon. The nightlife champions have finessed their unstoppable strutting disco style with ‘Falling Deep In Love’, perfectly representing the Glitterbox sound at its freshest, offering a sublime preview to their forthcoming album. Sledge’s unmistakable soulful vocals give this record that classic disco sound reminiscent of some of Sister Sledge’s classics.

FERRECK DAWN, LEO MORENO & ALEX MILLS – SELFISH GAMES [DEFECTED]

Following a pair of vocal smash hits, ‘In Arms’ and ‘You Are The One’, Ferreck Dawn returns to Defected for his latest release, enlisting the help of fellow Dutchman Leo Moreno, and one of modern house music’s favourite vocalists Alex Mills. With its driving bass, soulful top-line and infectious groove, this energised club cut shows Ferreck and his collaborators doing what they do best. As Alex’s vocals power through the speakers, Ferreck and Leo’s slick production take her love struck lyrics to produce a melodic house track for late-summer nights, as well as international dancefloors for years to come.

While their moniker indicates their love of Motor City sounds, Detroit Swindle’s music reflects a breadth of inspirations and influences, as shown in their Classic Music Company debut ‘Hey Mister’. Driven by a rubbery, punchy bassline, the Dutch duo seamlessly stitch together rolling percussion and boundless energy with the soulful vocal sample, taken from a piece of 70’s reggae-disco. A raw and energetic record, this track will be welcomed with glee on the floor, a fine label debut from this exceptional duo.

ELI & NOMI – DANCE 4 LOVE ’99 [CLASSIC MUSIC COMPANY]

The long-standing collaboration between influential NYC DJ Eli Escobar and critically acclaimed singer-songwriter Nomi Ruiz has produced a collection of timeless club gems. Now after years of featuring on one another’s records, they launch their latest joint project Eli & Nomi, revealing their first production as a duo, ‘Dance 4 Love ‘99’ on Classic Music Company.
