Following another incredible European festival that saw artists like Honey Dijon, Armand Van Helden, A-Trak, Skream, TSHA, Groove Armada, Purple Disco Machine, Lil Louis, Luke Solomon, Melé, Oden & Fatzo and so many more take over multiple stages across the island, Defected Malta will return in October 2026.
With stage takeovers and boat parties from our all-encompassing family of labels and collaborators, including Defected, Glitterbox, Classic Music Company, Faith, Nu Groove and more, we can't wait to see what new ventures 2026 will bring.
In a letter to fans, Wez Saunders addressed the success of this year's weekend celebration:

With a sold-out festival of over 5500 house heads heading to the Mediterranean this year, next year's festival promises to capitalise on these successes.
UNESCO world heritage sites The Ditch and Fort St. Elmo both returned in 2025, as well as multi-room super-hub UNO and a host of unforgettable, intimate boat parties - all making Defected Malta the perfect weekend getaway to close out the summer in style.
