Fresh from provocative comments on EDM, long-standing house DJ-producer Sasha has announced a third Involver mix album, following his first in 2004 (Involver) and second in 2008 (Invol2ver).
Involv3r promises another deep, progressive journey, based largely on Sasha’s remixes of other artists including Little Dragon, The XX, James Zabiela and Foals. He does, however, include one previously unreleased production (featuring Kicki Halmos) Shoot You Down; there is also a second, bonus disc which features Sasha’s beatless interpretations of some of the same material.
Involv3r is released on Ministry Of Sound (the first two volumes appeared on Global Underground) on March 18; a launch party, featuring Sasha and Nic Fanciulli, follows March 30 at Ministry in south London.
